Russian missile and drone strikes overnight killed at least four people and wounded 20 in Ukraine, officials said, as President Volodymyr Zelenskyy renewed pleas for Patriot air defenses. Two died and 13 were hurt in Kyiv during a ballistic barrage that shattered windows and set a non-residential building ablaze; two more were killed in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Ukraine reported intercepting four of nine missiles and 50 of 62 drones, while Russia said it downed 121 Ukrainian drones. In London, Zelenskyy pressed allies for sanctions and longer-range missiles amid talks led by U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
