Mongolia’s parliament voted Friday to oust Prime Minister Zandanshatar Gombojav, sharpening an unusually public power struggle inside the ruling Mongolian People’s Party. Lawmakers passed a controversially worded resolution that effectively removed him and approved the resignation of Speaker Amarbayasgalan Dashzegve, his chief rival. Zandanshatar, named in June, remains acting prime minister as a successor is unclear.
