A 53-year-old staffer at Meadowridge Academy in Swansea, Massachusetts, died after a 14-year-old student allegedly kicked her in the chest while trying to leave a dorm without permission, officials said. Amy Morrell collapsed shortly after the Wednesday encounter; staff performed CPR and called 911 before she was hospitalized and pronounced dead Thursday afternoon.
