Overnight Russian drone and missile strikes plunged parts of nine Ukrainian regions into blackout, ignited a Kyiv high-rise, and injured at least 20 people in the capital, authorities said. Ukraine’s air force counted 465 strike and decoy drones and 32 missiles, and said 405 drones and 15 missiles were intercepted or jammed. Kyiv faced power and water outages in the city as repairs began, while Zelenskyy urged swift air defenses and tougher sanctions.
