Two Pennsylvania State Police troopers were critically injured and a male suspect was killed in a shooting following a theft at a Franklin County Dick's Sporting Goods. A vehicle pursuit ended with spike strips, and a male suspect reportedly opened fire on troopers, wounding two before being fatally shot. The injured troopers were transported to a hospital. Governor Josh Shapiro and law enforcement organizations have expressed support and prayers for the wounded officers.
