A 25-year-old man, David Mazariegos, is in custody after admitting to fatally beating a man in a Brooklyn subway station, according to the New York Police Department. The unidentified victim was found unconscious and later pronounced dead at a local hospital. Mazariegos allegedly attacked the victim because he didn't like the way he looked at him. He is also facing charges for two unrelated crimes and was found in possession of a sword at the time of his arrest.
