The Tampa Bay Buccaneers narrowly defeated the Seattle Seahawks 38-35 in a quarterback battle between former Panthers Baker Mayfield and Sam Darnold. Despite a strong offensive performance from both sides, a late turnover by the Seahawks allowed the Buccaneers to set up a game-winning field goal. Mayfield threw for two touchdowns, while Darnold had four. Both teams' former Ohio State receivers, Emeka Egbuka and Jaxon Smith-Njigba, also had standout performances. The win improves the Buccaneers to 4-1.
