A 17-year-old boy has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder for allegedly intentionally striking and killing two teenage girls, Isabella Salas and Maria Niotis, while they were biking in Cranford, New Jersey. Families of the victims claim the accused, Vincent Battiloro, had been "plotting this attack" for months and had previously stalked one of the girls. Battiloro was reportedly driving at high speed when the incident occurred. He made a YouTube livestream referencing the crash before his arrest, expressing condolences but hinting at an "unfortunate situation" with "more to the story."
