The San Francisco 49ers face the Los Angeles Rams tonight with significant offensive absences. Quarterback Brock Purdy (toe), receiver Jauan Jennings (ankle, rib), and receiver Rickey Pearsall (knee) are out. Mac Jones is set to start at quarterback. Other players ruled out include Jordan Watkins and Robert Beal. C.J. West is questionable, while several others are cleared to play.
