Sherrill's Records Released; Accusations of Political Weaponization Fly | JQJO

The National Archives admitted a technician's error led to the unredacted release of New Jersey gubernatorial candidate Mikie Sherrill's military records, including her Social Security number. Sherrill and allies accuse President Trump's administration of weaponizing federal government against political opponents, suggesting the release was intentional. Her opponent, Jack Ciattarelli, argues Sherrill has concealed details of a past Naval Academy honor code violation. Both campaigns are engaged in a war of words and legal threats over the incident and the released records.
