Trump, Zelenska meet; children's safety focus | JQJO

Melania Trump launched a new coalition focusing on children's well-being and AI safety at a UN General Assembly event. Ukrainian First Lady Olena Zelenska attended, hoping to leverage the opportunity to raise awareness about the impact of the war on Ukrainian children. While a brief interaction occurred, a planned substantive meeting between the two first ladies did not materialize, according to an advisor to Mrs. Trump. Zelenska continues her efforts to highlight the plight of Ukrainian children forcibly displaced by the war, emphasizing the urgent need for their return.
