Man Rams Car into FBI Building | JQJO

A 46-year-old man, Donald Phillip Henson, rammed his car into an FBI building in Pittsburgh, covering it with an American flag. He was apprehended seven hours later and cited the phrase "sic semper tyrannis." The FBI considers the incident a targeted attack, though the motive remains unclear.
