Odenkirk's 'Normal': Action, Comedy, and Blood | JQJO

Bob Odenkirk stars in 'Normal', a darkly comedic crime thriller directed by Ben Wheatley. Following his success in the 'Nobody' films, Odenkirk plays Sheriff Ulysses, investigating a small town's hidden secrets involving a bank heist and the Yakuza. The film blends over-the-top violence with dry humor, reminiscent of the Coen Brothers and Tarantino. 'Normal' premiered at TIFF's Midnight Madness section to enthusiastic reception and is expected to secure US distribution easily.
