Kansas City Chiefs receiver Xavier Worthy is expected to return to practice Thursday after a dislocated shoulder, while rookie Jalen Royals remains sidelined with a knee injury. Worthy's injury doesn't appear serious enough to require surgery or injured reserve. The Chiefs' full injury report will be released later in the day. Royals' participation this week is unlikely.
