Oliver North, a key figure in the Iran-Contra affair, married his former secretary, Fawn Hall, last month. The wedding comes nearly 40 years after the scandal involving illegal arms sales to Iran and funding of Nicaraguan Contras rocked the Reagan administration. Both North, who was convicted but later had his convictions vacated, and Hall, who received immunity, played significant roles in the controversy. North declined to comment on the marriage beyond a quote from 'Gone With the Wind'.
