Rockim Prowell, 34, of Inglewood, California, faces murder charges for the deaths of two men he allegedly met through a dating app in 2021 and 2023. A third man, also met via the app, survived a brutal attack. Prosecutors describe the acts as "inexplicable" and "predatory."
