Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy suffered a shoulder injury in their Week 1 loss to the Chargers. The extent of the injury is unknown, with coach Andy Reid stating it's a day-to-day situation. Worthy's absence saw Hollywood Brown lead the receiving corps. Rookie Jalen Royals, also recovering from a knee injury, is a potential replacement but his availability is uncertain. The Chiefs face the Eagles in Week 2.
