Missing Dad Spotted? 4 Years Gone, Kids in Danger? | JQJO

New Zealand police released CCTV footage showing Tom Phillips, a fugitive father, and one of his children allegedly breaking into a store. Phillips disappeared with his three children in 2021, sparking a nationwide search and a reward offer. The footage, from a break-in in Piopio, shows them stealing groceries and fleeing on a quad bike. Police hope the video will lead to more sightings and the safe return of the children, who have been missing for nearly four years. Phillips faces multiple charges, including aggravated robbery and unlawful firearm possession.
