New Zealand Police released CCTV footage showing fugitive dad Tom Phillips and one of his three children allegedly burglarizing a store. Phillips disappeared with his kids in 2021 after a dispute with their mother. The footage shows them using a quad bike to escape with groceries. Police believe Phillips, facing charges including aggravated robbery, is living off the grid with his children, who have been absent from home for four years. His family recently made a public plea for his return.
