The Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2025 competition showcased over 60,000 stunning photos capturing Earth's wildlife. Images depict various animals in diverse habitats, highlighting both their beauty and the challenges they face. From a lone elephant scavenging in a Sri Lankan garbage dump to a standoff between a lion and a cobra, the photos reveal the impact of human activity on the natural world. The winning images, selected by experts, will be displayed in an exhibition opening October 17th at the Natural History Museum in London, combining artistic merit with scientific data to raise awareness about endangered ecosystems.
