Sandler's Shocking Role: Will You Watch? | JQJO

Adam Sandler takes on a dramatic role in Noah Baumbach's 'Jay Kelly,' playing a dedicated manager to a struggling movie star, George Clooney. Sandler and co-star Laura Dern, who plays Clooney's publicist, shared their experiences and appreciation for the people who support their careers. The film, described as a 'search for selfhood,' explores themes of legacy and relationships. Clooney, unfortunately absent due to illness, is praised for his performance. 'Jay Kelly' premiered at the Venice Film Festival, one of three Netflix films competing.
