Tech company Nothing used stock photos as promotional images for its Phone 3, falsely claiming they were taken with the device. Photographers confirmed their images, purchased by Nothing through Stills stock photo marketplace, were shot with different cameras and predated the Phone 3's release. Nothing's co-founder attributed the issue to an 'unfortunate oversight' with placeholder images not being updated on demo units before launch. This isn't the first time a phone company has faced such accusations, raising questions about quality control.
