Donald Trump is advocating for Roger Clemens' immediate induction into the Baseball Hall of Fame. Trump, citing Clemens' impressive career statistics (354 wins, seven Cy Young Awards), dismisses past steroid allegations as unproven. Clemens himself expressed gratitude for Trump's support. This follows Trump's earlier successful push for a rule change allowing Pete Rose's posthumous Hall of Fame consideration. However, Clemens' past links to performance-enhancing drugs and his failure to reach the required 75% vote in previous elections remain significant obstacles.
