Google Workspace users can now quickly edit videos directly from Google Drive. A new 'Open' button in the video preview lets users open the video in Google Vids for easy edits like trimming, adding text or music. This shortcut, rolling out since August 21st, is enabled by default but can be disabled by admins. It's the latest in a series of Google Drive video improvements, including a new video player and a Gemini AI summarization feature.
