Second Weekend Box Office: Success or Failure? | JQJO

Fantastic Four's disappointing 67% second-weekend drop, contrasting with Superman's 53% decline, highlights the importance of a film's second weekend performance. This summer's box office saw varied results; Sinners experienced a minimal drop, while Snow White and Captain America: Brave New World suffered significant declines. Marvel's Thunderbolts also underperformed, unlike Deadpool & Wolverine's strong hold. Conversely, Lilo & Stitch became a massive hit, while 28 Years Later's considerable second-weekend drop led to overall box office disappointment.
