Amanda Knox Reclaims Narrative in New Series | JQJO

Amanda Knox's new series, "The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox," retells her story from her perspective, aiming to reclaim her narrative after being wrongly accused of murder. The series, co-produced by Monica Lewinsky, follows a trend of documentaries and dramatizations allowing women to reshape their public image after scandals. However, the series' tone has drawn criticism for potentially overshadowing the severity of the actual crime and the victim, Meredith Kercher. Knox argues the focus shifted away from the actual killer, Rudy Guede, due to the sensationalism surrounding her case.
