The Miami Dolphins signed veteran outside linebacker Matthew Judon to a one-year, up-to-$6 million contract. Coach Mike McDaniel stated the signing is independent of any injuries to current players. Judon, a four-time Pro Bowler with 72 career sacks, adds depth to a pass rush that struggled last season, ranking 27th in the NFL. His addition strengthens the Dolphins' defensive line, particularly considering the injury history of key players like Bradley Chubb and Jaelan Phillips.
