Google Photos is rolling out a new "Create" tab, consolidating various creation tools. Located between Collections and Search, the tab offers features like animations, collages, cinematic photos, highlight videos, and photo-to-video conversions. The rollout is currently underway for Android users with version 7.40 and above, featuring a streamlined interface to access these tools. A "plus" menu still provides additional options like album creation.
