A 24-year-old Algerian man survived clinging to the outside of a high-speed train in Austria after it departed while he was taking a cigarette break in Sankt Poelten. The train made an emergency stop, and the man, who reportedly banged on windows to get attention, was taken onboard. He was later handed over to police in Vienna. This incident echoes a similar event in Germany earlier this year, highlighting the dangers of such actions.
