Cregger's "Weapons": A Horror Mystery Set for August Release | JQJO

Zach Cregger, director of the successful horror film "Barbarian," is releasing his follow-up, "Weapons." The film, about the mysterious disappearance of 17 children, sparked a bidding war before landing at New Line. Cregger's inspiration stemmed from personal loss and catharsis. The film boasts a unique chapter structure and is described as a blend of drama and comedy, casting actors who excel in both genres. Despite production delays, "Weapons" is set for release August 8th and is generating considerable buzz.
