New England Patriots coach Mike Vrabel suffered a facial injury while breaking up a fight between Patriots running back TreVeyon Henderson and a Washington Commanders player during a joint training camp practice. The incident occurred during a closed portion of practice. Quarterback Drake Maye witnessed Vrabel's injury but didn't see the altercation. The teams are preparing for their preseason game on Friday.
