Europeans Pool $1 Billion for US Weapons to Aid Ukraine | JQJO

Four European nations – Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark – have committed to a joint purchase of $1 billion in US weaponry for Ukraine. The agreement, facilitated by President Trump, follows a recent improvement in US-Ukraine relations. The Netherlands' contribution, exceeding $500 million, will bolster Ukraine's Patriot air defense systems. The remaining countries' combined contribution is slightly under $500 million. This collaborative effort aims to counter intensified Russian attacks on Ukrainian cities.
