Google enhanced its AI Mode in Search with new features. Canvas helps users create study plans and organize information within a side panel, allowing file uploads for customized guides. Search Live, integrated with Google Lens, enables real-time conversations using visual context from a camera or desktop screen. Users can ask questions about images and PDFs, with support for additional file types coming later. These updates are rolling out to U.S. AI Mode Labs participants.
