A $118 million Bel Air mansion is seeing constant showings, according to agent Nicole Plaxen. This follows the recent sale of Mark Wahlberg's Beverly Hills home for $55 million, a price considered low by some brokers, despite initially being listed for $87.5 million. The lower sale price was attributed to avoiding Los Angeles' mansion tax. Ironically, the home was later resold for $63 million, exceeding the initial sale price even after taxes, with Paris Hilton and Carter Reum as the new owners.
