Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2, launching September 23rd, boasts significant performance improvements over its predecessor. While initial 5GHz+ core clocks were rumored, the final version reportedly features 4.6GHz performance cores and a 1.2GHz Adreno 840 GPU. This translates to nearly 50% higher AnTuTu scores than the current leader, the iQOO 13. Qualcomm is expected to release an even faster 'Leading Edition' in 2025.
