Apple released the fourth developer betas of iOS 16, iPadOS 16, macOS 16, and other updates, reinstating Apple Intelligence notification summaries for news apps. These summaries were previously disabled due to inaccuracies, including a false report about a murder suspect. The update allows users to choose notification categories (News & Entertainment, Communication & Social, and Others) and includes a disclaimer warning that summaries might alter original headline meanings.
