Uber is piloting a "Women Preferences" feature in the US, allowing female riders and drivers to opt for trips with other women. The pilot program launches in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Detroit, offering on-demand and pre-booked rides with women drivers. Riders can set a preference, though it's not guaranteed. Women drivers can choose to accept rides from only female riders or all riders. Uber previously launched this feature in 40 countries, following its success in Saudi Arabia.
