Torrential rains have caused widespread devastation in South Korea, resulting in four deaths and over 1,300 evacuations. The downpour, described as a once-in-a-century event in some areas, has led to submerged homes and vehicles. Seosan city was particularly hard hit, receiving over 400mm of rain in just 12 hours.
