World's Oldest Marathon Runner Dies in Hit-and-Run

Fauja Singh, the world's oldest marathon runner, died at 114 in a hit-and-run accident in India. Singh, known as the "Turbaned Tornado," began running marathons in his late 80s and completed nine, including one at age 100 in Toronto. Despite lacking a birth certificate, preventing Guinness recognition, he inspired millions. Indian police are investigating the accident, using CCTV footage to identify the vehicle involved. Prime Minister Modi paid tribute to his "incredible determination."
