The Washington Nationals surprisingly selected high school shortstop Eli Willits with the number one overall pick in the MLB Draft. Willits, who won't turn 18 until December, is the youngest number one pick since Ken Griffey Jr. in 1987. The pick came with an $11 million slot value.
