Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian was reportedly slightly injured in Israeli strikes targeting a secret underground facility in Tehran on June 16th. The Fars news agency reported that six bombs hit the facility during an emergency meeting of the Supreme National Security Council, blocking all entry and exit points. Pezeshkian escaped through an emergency shaft, sustaining leg injuries. Israel has not commented on the report, which hasn't been independently verified. The strikes, part of a wider conflict, also aimed at other Iranian leaders, including Ayatollah Khamenei.
