A 39-year-old Serbian woman died from a ruptured brain aneurysm during anal self-stimulation. Police found her deceased in her apartment with a kitchen whisk inserted anally. An autopsy revealed a subarachnoid hemorrhage, caused by the ruptured aneurysm. Doctors believe the sexual activity temporarily spiked her blood pressure, triggering the aneurysm rupture. This is the first documented case of a woman dying from this cause during anal self-stimulation.
