macOS Tahoe beta 2 introduces several updates. The Finder and Migration Assistant icons have been redesigned, reverting the Finder icon to its previous look. A setting to restore the menu bar's frosted background has been added. Crucially, beta AirPods firmware updates are now available directly on Mac, offering improved call audio, studio-quality recording, and camera remote features. Public beta access to AirPods firmware updates starts in July, with the general macOS Tahoe release expected in September.
