Marathon Game Delayed Indefinitely by Bungie | JQJO

Bungie indefinitely delayed its upcoming shooter, Marathon, originally slated for September 23, 2025. The decision follows an underwhelming Closed Alpha and allegations of stolen art assets. While Bungie cited player feedback and a need for improvement, the open-ended delay raises concerns. The studio promises further playtests and a new release date announcement this fall, but the game's future remains uncertain, especially given the lack of specifics regarding the scope and duration of the delay.
