Reality star Zack Wickham underwent "Scrotox," a Botox injection into his scrotum, on the latest episode of Bravo's "The Valley." He sought the procedure for both aesthetic and sexual enhancement reasons, as it reportedly improves the scrotum's appearance and enhances sensitivity. Dr. Giselle Prado-Wright explained that Scrotox relaxes the cremaster muscle, reducing testicular movement and creating a smoother look. The quick procedure also addresses issues like excessive sweating. Wickham's co-star, Daniel Booko, observed the procedure but did not undergo it himself.
