Free agent linebacker Germaine Pratt has signed a one-year, $4.25 million deal with the Las Vegas Raiders. The contract includes $500,000 in incentives. Pratt, released by the Cincinnati Bengals earlier this week to save cap space, had requested a trade in February. In his five seasons with the Bengals, Pratt amassed 616 tackles and seven interceptions. He recorded a career-high 143 tackles last season.
