Following the death of Jim Irsay, his three daughters, Carlie Irsay-Gordon, Casey Foyt, and Kalen Jackson, will assume ownership of the Indianapolis Colts. Irsay-Gordon becomes owner and CEO, Foyt owner and executive vice president, and Jackson owner, chief brand officer, and president of the Colts Foundation. This succession plan, established years ago by Jim Irsay, ensures the team remains within the family. General Manager Chris Ballard and chief operating officer Pete Ward will continue in their roles.
