August Egg Company is recalling almost 2 million dozens of eggs due to possible Salmonella contamination. The recall affects brown cage-free and organic eggs distributed to Walmart stores in nine states between February 3 and May 6. 79 illnesses, including 21 hospitalizations, have been linked to the outbreak. Recalled eggs have plant codes P-6562 or CA5330 and Julian dates 32-126. Consumers should check their eggs and return them for a refund.
