The San Francisco 49ers have acquired defensive end Bryce Huff from the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for a mid-round 2026 draft pick. The trade reunites Huff with 49ers defensive coordinator Robert Saleh, his former coach with the Jets. Huff, who signed a lucrative three-year deal with the Eagles in 2024, had a limited role last season, including being a healthy scratch for the Super Bowl. The move allows the Eagles to address a perceived personnel miss, while the 49ers gain a familiar pass rusher.
