Euro Fluctuates Amid Mixed Economic Data

Euro's movement is influenced by various economic indicators, including the trade balance, GDP, PMI, employment data, and consumer sentiment. Strong economic data and high interest rates set by the European Central Bank (ECB) generally support the Euro. Recent data shows mixed results: lower-than-expected inflation in the Eurozone, a weaker-than-expected German PMI, and a contraction in US manufacturing activity. While the Euro recently hit six-week highs against the US dollar, its trajectory remains somewhat uncertain, dependent on upcoming economic releases like US job numbers and factory orders. The EUR/USD pair is currently trading below 1.1400 after hitting 1.1450 highs, with the ECB expected to potentially cut interest rates.
